Single Cartridge Seals
We supply a wide range of single cartridge mechanical seals, including stationary, rotary, and metal bellows designs (available in both stationary and rotary configurations).
Our seals are manufactured in compliance with EN 12756 (DIN 24960), ANSI, and API 682 standards, ensuring compatibility with the most demanding industrial requirements. Additionally, we design and manufacture customized solutions tailored to equipment dimensions, eliminating the need for machinery modifications.
Our Materials
We offer flanges, sleeves, collars, and metallic components in various alloys tailored to operational requirements, including:
• AISI 316 (our standard)
• Alloy 276
• Titanium (Grades 2, 5, and 7)
• Hastelloy B
• Alloy 20
• Super Duplex, among others.
For sealing faces, we work with high-strength materials:
• Silicon carbide
• Tungsten carbide
• Resin-impregnated carbon (standard)
• Antimony-loaded carbon, ideal for high-temperature and chemical-resistant applications.
Regarding elastomeric seals, we supply the following materials:
• Nitrile (NBR)
• Ethylene Propylene (EPR-EPDM)
• Fluoroelastomer (VTN)
• Perfluoroelastomer (FFKM)
• Tetrafluoroethylene (FBPM - AFS)
For specific processes, we incorporate secondary seals in materials such as:
• Grafoil (GFT)
• Teflon (PTFE)
Our multi-spring compression system, manufactured in Hastelloy C as standard, ensures optimal performance under demanding conditions.
